1. Company and sending identity
This email service is owned and operated by Datacom Enterprise Pte Ltd. The dedicated sending domain is datacom-sg.com, and our established corporate website is https://www.dcom.com.sg/.
2. Recipient sources
Marketing recipients are limited to registered customers and people who have explicitly requested relevant marketing communication through our first-party channels. We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, guessed, or third-party address lists. An address appearing in a business database does not by itself qualify as marketing permission.
3. Consent records
Website subscriptions record the consent statement, source, timestamp, IP address, and browser information. Newsletter requests remain pending until the recipient completes email confirmation. Imported first-party contacts require confirmation that marketing consent exists and retain consent-source metadata for audit.
4. Unsubscribe handling
Every marketing campaign contains a visible unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers. A valid unsubscribe request immediately suppresses the matching address from future marketing campaigns across the workspace.
5. Bounces and complaints
Delivery, bounce, and complaint events are processed through the configured email provider event channel. Hard-bounced and complaint addresses are automatically suppressed and are not retried for future marketing campaigns.
6. Authentication and monitoring
Production email is sent through an authenticated dedicated identity. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, delivery health, bounce rate, and complaint rate are monitored as part of the production sending process. Sending is paced in controlled batches and begins with recently engaged recipients.
7. Questions or abuse reports
Questions about our sending practices, consent records, or unwanted email may be sent to [email protected]. We investigate legitimate reports and suppress affected recipients where appropriate.
